Basics 1. Horse stance

5. Reverse punch
Kicks 1. In to out kick
2. Out to in kick
3. Ax kick
4. Snap kick
5. Roundhouse kick
6. Spinning in to out kick
4. Kick with the instep
Hands Reverse punch, twisting
Kick combinations 3-kick combination Snap kick, Roundhouse kick, Spinning in to out kick. Reverse punch with a yell. Move forward on all kicks, except the spin kick lands in the back
Hand combinations Not required
Sparring 1. 1-step sparring #1
2. 1-step sparring #2
1. Snap kick - Roundhouse kick, feet together, other leg back. As the opponent kicks, take one stepback.
2. Roundhouse kick - Spin in to out kick (lands in the back). No steps, lean back as the opponent spins.
Breaking Not required
