Basics Sparring basics 1. Step forward and backwards

3. Skipping with the kicks
Kicks 1. Variations of Crescent kicks
2. Variations of Ax kicks
3. Snap kick with the ball of the foot
4. Side kick
5. Hook kick
6. Spinning hook kick
Hands Backfist
Kick combinations 1. Snap kick - jump snap kick
2. Roundhouse kick - skip roundhouse
3. Side kick - skip side
4. Hook kick - skip hook
5. Out to in kick - Spinning in to out kick
6. Out to in - skip in to out
-- All combinations use one leg for both kicks, except #5. -- All combinations end with a reverse punch with a yelling
Hand combinations 1. (Back leg) step ahead, backfist - reverse punch with a yell.
2. (Front leg) skip Backfist - reverse punch, yelling
Sparring Yes Sparring at this level is medium contact to the body, light contact to the head and neck. All hand techniques to the head must be well controlled and avoid the eyes and nose. Absolutely no attacks to the spine, nor anywhere below the waist/belt.
Breaking Snap kick Ball of the foot
